Detoxing

As it's spring and I'm preparing for the Tunisia trip, I though it's the perfect time to do a 10-day detox, refresh and loose a couple of pounds. I don't believe in not eating at all, but I do believe in eating and drinking only good things. In the next 10 days I'll be eating only fruits, vegetables and seeds and I'll splash it down with loads of water and herbal tea. I'll also pick my exercise routine up a notch. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but in the next 10 days I'm commiting to running every single day too. This will be extremely difficult as I hate running, but I hope it's one of those things that you'll get to like if you do it enough. So keep your fingers crossed for me! I need all the support that I can get. (I don't think I emphasized enough how much I HATE running :)

oooh! good luck. i tried a 10 day cleanse once too. let me know how it goes and how fun you get travel to tunisia;)

To help yourself stay running switch up your routes but try and run at the same time everyday. fitnessmag.com has great playlists too! Good luck and hang with it- fellow runner

detoxing is always great for your skin... try some celery and fennel... they have lots of water and fiber!

i HATE running too! I laughed when I read that. And good luck, that sounds like a great thing to do!!

Good luck! I do a caffeine detox every few weeks and it's torture but in the end I feel great.
